Project Management
Our devoted project management team is characterized by early involvement and a proactive approach, which helps ensure that your furniture project will be a successful one. Our project management team keeps everything moving smoothly by capably performing the following tasks and functions:
Develop a furniture installation schedule with the client
Coordinate schedules with all trades
Site measurement and verification consultation
Interface with contractors, other vendors, and trades
Reconfigure and/or move existing furniture
Attend on-site construction meetings
Schedule and coordinate manpower
Conduct a final walk-through with the client
Document and facilitate completion of punch lists
Manage complete projects (on time and on budget)
Installation
You can rely on our dedicated, trained and experienced service staff to deliver, assemble, install and repair your office furniture in a timely and courteous manner. Our team drives service vehicles stocked with parts and can perform furniture repair and maintenance including wood touch-up and reconditioning.
