Keeney’s began in 1947 with a simple idea: deliver quality office products with reliable, personal service. Founded by Bob Keeney, the business started out of the back of a station wagon in Bellevue before growing into a trusted local storefront. Keeney’s became one of the original tenants in Bellevue Square, establishing deep roots in the community from the very beginning. Over the years, the company expanded across the Puget Sound region, evolving from a small operation into a leading independent provider of office supplies and workplace essentials. Today, Keeney’s proudly serves government agencies, school districts, professional sports teams, law firms, and businesses of every size, helping organizations stay organized, efficient, and ready to perform.

Returns

Merchandise available in the Keeney’s catalog and/or online at Keeneys.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as food & beverage products and other designated non-returnable items, are not eligible for return — refer to the individual product page for details.

To receive full credit, all returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Please do not write on or deface product packaging. All components, manuals, registration cards, software, cables, and accessories must be included with the return.

Items returned to our warehouse in non-resalable condition will not be eligible for credit and will be returned to the customer.

Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. If an incorrect quantity or item was received, the discrepancy must be reported within 2 business days of receipt. When reaching out, please describe the nature of the damage or issue so we can process an exchange promptly. Please note that some products may require prior approval before a return can be accepted.
