Returns

Merchandise available in the Keeney’s catalog and/or online at Keeneys.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please note that certain items, such as food & beverage products and other designated non-returnable items, are not eligible for return — refer to the individual product page for details.

To receive full credit, all returned merchandise must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Please do not write on or deface product packaging. All components, manuals, registration cards, software, cables, and accessories must be included with the return.

Items returned to our warehouse in non-resalable condition will not be eligible for credit and will be returned to the customer.

Damaged or defective merchandise must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. If an incorrect quantity or item was received, the discrepancy must be reported within 2 business days of receipt.
