Refund & Return Policy

Return Authorization

To initiate a return, customers must contact Customer Service:

All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Standard Returns (Catalog & Online Products)

Items purchased through the Office Solutions catalog or website are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
  • Products must be in original packaging
  • Products must be in unused, resalable condition
  • All original components must be included, including manuals, accessories, cables, software, and registration materials
  • Packaging must not be written on, altered, or damaged
Keeney’s reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements. Non-resalable items will be returned to the customer at their expense and no credit will be issued.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

To ensure timely resolution, customers must report issues within the following timeframes:
  • Damaged or defective items: within 5 business days of receipt
  • Incorrect items or quantities: within 2 business days of receipt
Failure to report within these timeframes may result in denial of claim.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety, regulatory, and product integrity considerations, the following items are non-returnable:
  • Food and beverage products
  • Health and first aid items (including but not limited to Advil, Tylenol, and medical supplies)
  • Calendars and dated materials (current or prior year)

Furniture Returns

  • Catalog furniture items may be returned within 5 business days of delivery
  • Items must be unassembled and remain in original packaging
  • Any furniture that has been assembled, installed, or removed from original packaging is not eligible for return

Special Order & Non-Catalog Products

  • All non-catalog and special-order products are non-returnable
  • Special-order furniture is non-returnable unless confirmed defective
  • Defective claims for special-order items must be reported within 2 business days of receipt

Custom & Imprinted Products

  • Custom, imprinted, or customer-specific products are final sale and non-returnable
  • Customer approval and sign-off are required prior to production
  • Keeney’s is not responsible for approved errors after sign-off

Refund Processing

Approved returns will be issued as a credit to the original method of payment or as an account credit, at the sole discretion of Keeney’s
Shipping, handling, and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Keeney’s

Right to Refuse Returns

Keeney’s reserves the right to:
  • Refuse any return that does not meet policy requirements
  • Charge restocking or handling fees where applicable
  • Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
